FAQ
- When will my order ship?
- Everything is printed after you order, so allow 8–9 days from payment to your door. You get tracking by email the moment it leaves us, and shipping is free.
- Will these designs sell out?
- No. These designs are the core ORINATOS lineup and we restock them. If a size is temporarily out, it comes back.
- What size should I pick?
- The fit is unisex oversized with a drop shoulder. If you want the intended look, take your usual size; size down for a closer fit. Measurements are in the size guide below.
- Can I exchange a wrong size?
- Yes. Wrong size, a print defect, the wrong item — we replace or refund it, with no time limit, and we pay the return postage. Changed your mind instead? You have 7 days from delivery, unworn and tags on.
- How do I get a refund?
- Start the return from your order page. Once we approve it the money goes back to the way you paid within 2 working days, then 5–7 working days for your bank to show it.
- How do I care for the print?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out. No bleach. Never iron directly on the print. Tumble dry low.
- Do you ship outside India?
- Not yet. India-only, prepaid, with free shipping.
